Sri Aroghya Multigrain Health Mix is a healthy, nutritious and ideal product which can be given to all age groups. Multigrain foods will be high in complex carbohydrates and protein. Razma (రాజ్మా), Flax seeds (అవిసేగింజలు), Kalonji (ఖలోంజీ ), Millet rice (కోర బియ్యం), Elachi (యాలుకలు), Double beans (డబుల్ బీన్స్ ), Almond (బాదం), Barley (బార్లీ), Cashew nuts (కాజు), Oats (ఓట్స్), Soya (సోయా), Black eyed peas (అలసందలు), Wheat (గోధుమలు), Pearl millet (సజ్జ), Ground nuts (వేరు శనగలు), Maize (మొక్కజొన్న), Black grams (మినుములు), Brown rice (ముడి బియ్యం), Sesame (తెల్ల నువ్వులు), Finger millet (రాగులు), Jowar (జొన్నలు), Peas (బఠానీ), Chick Peas (ఎర్ర శనగలు), Green grams (పెసలు), Bamboo rice (వెదురు బియ్యం), Red gram (కందులు), Horse gram (ఉలవలు), Black rice (నల్ల బియ్యం), Red rice (ఎర్ర బియ్యం).
Directions for use
1. Take 2 table spoons of sri aroghya multigrain health mix in a bowl and add 150ml of water. (రెండు స్పూన్ల శ్రీ ఆరోగ్య మల్టీగ్రైన్ హెల్త్ మిక్స్ ను ఒక బౌల్ లో తీసుకుని 150ml నీళ్లు కలపండి).
2. Dissolve it without any lumps by stirring the mix throughly and Cook for 3 minutes. (గడ్డలు లేకుండా బాగా కలిపి ఒక మూడు నిముషాలు మరగనివ్వండి).
3. Once cooked, add required hot milk & Sugar / Butter milk & Salt as per one’s taste. (బాగా మరిగిన తర్వాత మీ రుచి కి తగ్గట్లుగా పాలు & చెక్కర లేదా మజ్జిగ & ఉప్పు వేసుకుని తాగావచ్చు).
Note : If you are diabetic patient suggested not to drink with sugar. (మీరు గనక షుగర్ పేషెంట్ అయ్యుంటే చెక్కర లేకుండా త్రాగడం మంచిది).
You can use Sri Aroghya multigrain Health mix in dosa flour or aata flour. (శ్రీ ఆరోగ్య మల్టీగ్రైన్ హెల్త్ మిక్స్ ను దోశ పిండి లో లేదా చపాతీ పిండి లో వాడుకోవచ్చు).
