How to make tasty, soft and fluffy Idli with Sri Aroghya Multimillet Idli Ravva?

1. Clean, wash and soak 1 cup of urad dal in sufficient water for 7 to 8 hours.
2. Soak 2 cups of Sri Aroghya Multimillet Idli Ravva for 2 hours.
3. Grind the soaked urad dal to perfect batter consistency.
4. Add soaked Ravva to the urad dal batter and blend well.
5. Allow the batter to ferment overnight. Add salt and steam the same as regular Idli.
6. Serve hot with chutney, sambar or podi.
