How to make tasty, soft and fluffy Idli:
Soak Dal: Clean, wash, and soak 1 cup of urad dal in sufficient water for 7 to 8 hours.
Soak Rava: Soak 2 cups of Sri Aroghya Multigrain Idli Rava for 2 hours.
Grind: Grind the soaked urad dal to a perfect batter consistency.
Mix: Add the soaked Rava to the urad dal batter and blend well.
Ferment & Steam: Allow the batter to ferment overnight. Add salt, and steam exactly the same way as regular idlis.
Serve: Serve hot with your favorite chutney, sambar, or podi!
