Directions for use :
1. In a mixing Bowl, combine Bajra flour, and water in a 1:1 ratio with a pinch of salt until it becomes smooth.

2. Divide this dough into lemon sized balls.

3. Dust each ball with some dry bajra flour and flatten it slightly with your palms.

4. Roll out each ball into a flat, circular roti using a rolling stick.

5. Place the roti in hot tawa & cook it on both sides by turning it until both sides are golden brown.

6. Serve the Bajra roti hot with your favourite curry along with curd for a yummy experience.
