Yellow jowar Rava is a type of broken rava that is made from Yellow jowar or sorghum. Yellow jowar rava is rich in nutrients such as protein, fiber, and various vitamins and minerals. It can be used in a variety of dishes such as Upma, Porridge, Kichdi, Kheer and more. Directions for use :
1. In a thick bottom pan heat oil and add mustard, cumin, black gram. (Each 1tsp)
2. Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion, chopped ginger and a few curry leaves.
3. Saute till golden brown and add required salt.
4. Pour 3 cups of water and add 1 cup of Jowar Rava.
5. Reduce the flame and continuously stir the contents while adding ravva to avoid lumps and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
