How to make tasty, soft and fluffy Idli with Sri Aroghya Bajra Idli Rava:
Soak Urad Dal: Wash and soak 1 cup of urad dal in sufficient water for 7 to 8 hours.
Soak Bajra Idli Rava: Soak 2 cups of Sri Aroghya Bajra Idli Rava for 2 hours.
Grind Dal: Grind the urad dal to a perfect batter consistency.
Combine Battery & Rava: Add the soaked Bajra Idli Rava to the urad dal batter and blend well.
Ferment: Allow the batter to ferment overnight.
Steam: Add salt and steam the batter exactly the same as regular idli batter.
Serve: Serve hot with chutney, sambar, or podi.
